Not sure why there are so many bad reviews as we have eaten here lots and the food is great. Yes it can be loud but it's the kind of restaurant that you expect it to be loud. The prices are great for the portions you get. The only think I would recommend is that they dust the metal above the cashier. If they do this I will change this review to a 5 star!

Good noodles, great location, VERY loud. Good for take out though, but sitting in there to eat is painful. Friendly folks working there usually.Overall, not a bad quick stop for noodles.

They got my order wrong, when I said this wasn't correct he said well that's what we heard. I have an allergy to spice so being given kung po over a vermicelli bowl was an epic fail. They never even offered to correct the order. We will NEVER be back

I've been to Oodle Noodle once, and it was alright enough for me to order delivery. I just received the worst ginger beef and Pad Thai that I've ever had :( I'm not normally one to complain, but the Pad Thai tasted awful and the ginger beef was so overcooked that it was dry and crunchy. The minimum $20 you need to spend to receive delivery plus delivery fee and tip were definitely not worth what I got. Very disappointing.

Really nice and modern decor compared to some of the Edmonton Oodle Noodles. Food always seems fresher here than at the larger chains serving similar fare.

Terrible first experience. I will never go there again. It look over 20 Minutes for wonton soup and salad rolls.....The wonton soup takes like water and the wontons are chewy. The salad rolls are very plain tasting as well as the sauce. The staff were very unfriendly and did not even apologize for the wait. Honestly if I could give zero stars I would.

The two stars are only because the staff are very friendly, and they are very quick and efficient. However, the quality from this location is unfortunately not where it needs to be compared to other locations. I have purchased on six separate occasions, and the rice is always very overcooked (and sticky), and the box is only 3/4 full. I would rather spend an extra 15 minutes and drive to the West Edmonton location which always has incredible quality and quantity - even though they are a much much busier location than the one in Spruce.

WARNING!!DO NOT EAT HERE!After ordering food at this restaurant, I had paid for my food which has said approved. After I sit down they bring a machine up to me that says declined. So I opened my online banking and sure enough it went through. After showing proof they accused me of being a liar and tried to make me double pay.THIS PLACE IS A SCAM.And they use wal mart pre cooked chicken. Don’t eat here.

Horrible place , specifically told them I was allergic to shrimp and they delivered it to me with shrimp ! Thank god I did not eat it , was told they would send a driver back with my refund never called did not show up and then some rude guy on the phone told me to come in for my refund after I paid for delivery I am reporting them to Alberta health for their negligence! I'm lucky to be alive

Terrible service, and overpriced food. Stood around waiting to order for a good 15minutes and was completely ignored by employee. Took my business elsewhere.

I was the only customer and nobody spoke to me until I asked if I could please order! I was overcharged and got my money back, but then my order just sat there while I waited and they wouldn’t bag it! I enjoy the food, but won’t go back.

Awesome food, friendly staff. I definitely would recommend this place to anyone that enjoys Asian noodle dishes (But that should be apparent by the name).

My first visit I waited about 20 min to get served after all the skip the dishes orders were made and sent out. Second visit I didn't order because they were out of the first thing I tried to order, and then out of my the ingredients for my second attempt.

I get a box here 1-2 times a month and it’s always great. 4 stars as there have been a few times where they didn’t get the order specs correct, but otherwise great!

A shocking disappointment. I usually love this chain, but won't be returning to this location. The vegan Tokyo Glaze here tasted intensely of soy sauce and soy sauce alone, completely overpowering any other taste. The mixed veggies smelled so intensely of chicken I could not make myself eat it. The woman at the front was very nice and there was a lot of tofu, so two stars is fine. But that mixed veggie is 11$ I'm not getting back.

Decent food. We didn't have to wait too long 10 min approx, but it also wasn't very busy at the time. Pricing was a little more than going some where like Edo but more variety in the menu.

Got the Bangkok Pad Thai. Smells very fishy from the shrimp...Sauce is gross. Couldn't even eat our meals. The most disgusting food I have been served in a very long time. Highly suggest not going here.

It was so awful we order 2 butter chicken and one ginger beef. The butter chicken tasted ok but there was 2 or 3 tiny pieces of chicken so it was butter chicken soup in a bowl without the chicken. The ginger beef sauce was the worst I ever tasted and after a few bites could not finish. The spring rolls were by far the best out of all of it but that comes pre made so kinda hard to mess up. The bill was $60 which was outrageous considering the amount and quality of food. I will never go back, wok box will get my service next time. Beyond disappointed!

Food's good but...poor ventilation so your girl may not like taking the smell home with her.

I ordered the wonton soup and I didn't finish it. I thought it was a pretty safe choice but it just tasted like nothing, really. Service was what you would expect from a fast food place.

Worst service ever! I ordered lunch while at work and didn't get any utensils. I called and after waiting for 5 min for a manager to decide what to do, I was told that utensils are paid separately and that I should have looked on the website when ordering, that you have to order and pay for utensils. First time and last time I am ordering there.

Been here 3-4 times now. This location is terrible. The food is overcooked and even if you pay for extra protein, you won’t get near what you get at any other location for the regular amount. Food is mushy and bland. Love oodle noodle. Hate this location.

Good food , good sevice

Refuses to answer phone calls repeatly no matyer how busy they are. States ooen till 10, been calking since 9:24 pm and now close. Standing here at 9:33 and buddy working blows me off. I expect a phone call from management!Phone logs from numerous instances as well as pictures and time stamps of standing outside the building and your staff!

Awesome food

Mine and my friends food was burnt to the point of being inedible. It was visibly burnt and tasted terrible. The fact that the worker gave it to us when it was clearly burnt is upsetting.

I always enjoy getting their combo box which has a mixture of beef, chicken and shrimp. Highly recommend!

I always order tokyo glaze, it is always amazing. By far my favourite dish! Spruce Grove is by far the best store to eat at. Always a great experience!

I love the service here. They always remember me and make me feel welcomed. Try the pad thai.

Great food

Awful. First and second experience with this chain and will never return. Wok box is more worth your money. I gave it my first shot but didn't want to judge on only one visit. When I got it a second time I complained. The pad thai I received was so bad that it smelled like stinky feet. I had to throw it out since the smell was ruining our appetites. I never recieved even a offer to make up for the experience even after complaining via feed back through skip the dishes. They don't even seem to care that their noodles are awful. Will never recommend. Not only is the food bad but management is even worse. Wish I could get my money back.
